Abberley is a small village in North West Worcestershire, England. It is situated between the River Severn and River Teme. It had a population of 830 in 2001.
There are three parts to the village of Abberley. The oldest section, The Village, was formed in the 12th and 13th century. There are two churches in Abberley. The longest-standing is the run-down St. Michael’s Church, yet the chancel was restored and is still used for some services. St. Mary’s Church was founded between 1850 and 1852 to replace St. Michael’s to the north of the parish.
